Delivery and Payment

Our online service is international. We deliver medications to every corner of the world except for some remote areas in Asia. Our medications are shipped from Idia, Mauritius, Canada, Singapore, New Zealand and other countries where our warehouses are located.

My Canadian Pharmacy cooperates with reliable, licensed shipping services. First of all, we need your data to be carefully and correctly filled in. You may specify any address or PO box to which we will bring your parcel.

Our main shipping partners are:

  • Regular Airmail (14-21 days waiting period). The maximum delivery time is 30 business days. Tracking is unavailable.
  • Express Courier System (5-9 days waiting period). The maximum delivery time is 14 business days. Tracking is available.

If you have not been delivered your parcel you need to announce our customer care department. They will explain your rights to you. First of all, if the maximum periods of delivery are expired you are eligible to get free reshipment or refund. In any case, you will get your medications.

If your parcel is brought damaged you have to contact our customer care department, as well. They will explain who will bear responsibility for this accident. In any case, we will help find the way out of this situation.

Payment options

First of all, My Canadian Pharmacy offers its customers only remote payment for the orders. When submitting your order you will be asked to choose the right payment option. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners’ Club. You may also use eCkecks.
